• What is needed to secure my date and reserve my space?
A non-refundable deposit of $1000.00 as well as the signed contract agreement, will secure your event date and space.
• If I book a Wedding Reception at Red Mountain Ranch, what services are provided?
Room rentals include use of the room for up to five hours, banquet tables and chairs, mirror rounds & tea lights per table, head table with linens, cake table with linens, guestbook table with linens, gift table, dance floor (Overlook only), set up, and break down. Food & Beverage services include buffet or plated meal, wait staff, dishware, glassware, flatware, serving dishes, chafers and utensils, linen napkins, condiments, skirted buffet tables, coffee, tea and water service, and one bartender.
• Can I just have my Reception at Red Mountain Ranch Country Club?
Yes, you can just have your Reception at RMRCC, although most couples choose to have both their ceremony and reception in the same location because it is very convenient for the guests.
• For how many hours can I book the venue for my event?
The reception venue may be utilized up to 5 hours for your reception and cocktail hour. An additional hour may be reserved for a fee of $500.00. If you have your wedding ceremony as well, up to additional hour may be reserved.
• Can I supply my own food and/or beverage?
Outside caterers may be permitted with prior approval of the Club and at an additional charge.
• What is your Service Charge and Sales Tax?
There is a 20% service charge and 9.05% sales tax that will be added to all food and beverage prices (sales tax is subject to change; tax in effect on the date of your event is the tax that will be charged). The Catering Manager will be happy to calculate an estimate of your wedding or event.
• How early can I come to decorate for my event?
Typically, you can arrive two (2) hours prior to the start of your event to decorate, unless other arrangements have been made with Red Mountain Ranch Country Club.
• Can I leave some of my things until the next day?
No, nothing can be left until the next day. Red Mountain Ranch does not have storage or security to keep any items. Please assign someone to take home all of your items that evening. There are no exceptions.
• Must I use your vendors?
When you book your Wedding at Red Mountain Ranch Country Club, we will provide you with a list of preferred vendors that we recommend. You may use any vendor you'd like: DJ, band, photographer, videographer, florist, officiant, etc.
• Are there hotels in the area?
Yes, there are several hotels in the area. For your convenience, we will provide you with a list of these hotels. They all offer a variety of amenities and special rates for our guests.
• What is your price range?
We have a wide variety of pricing to fit every budget. Buffet selections begin at $25.99 per person. Our wedding planners are available to discuss specific menu selections and pricing. Please contact the Catering Department for more information.
• How can I pay my deposits?
For deposits we accept check or credit card.
