Fitness Club

The fitness experience at Red Mountain Ranch Country Club offers a complete fitness club with cardio, weights, classes, personal training, and nutrition coaching. All fitness classes (other than TRX Suspension training) are included with golf,tennis & social memberships.

      Susan comes to us from 'Partners in Recovery' where she worked for 3 years. Overall, she is very experienced having been in the Exercise, Fitness, & Wellness Industry for 25 years. Susan received her Master of Science degree in Exercise Science/Wellness/Nutrition in 1995 & her Physical Rehabilitation Specialist degree in 2008. She is a nationally certified Corrective Exercise Specialist, Group Fitness Instructor, Nutrition Specialist, Personal Trainer, & Tobacco Cessation Specialist. Besides teaching Group Fitness Classes, Susan can work with you 1-on-1 to help relieve chronic pain, loosen tight muscles, improve agility & flexibility, gain strength, improve balance & endurance, increase range of motion, manage your weight and much more!
