The fitness experience at Red Mountain Ranch Country Club offers a complete fitness club with cardio, weights, classes, personal training, and nutrition coaching. All fitness classes (other than TRX Suspension training) are included with golf,tennis & social memberships.

    • Lois Moncel, Fitness Director

      Lois is RMRCC's Fitness Director and has been in the fitness industry for 20 years. She is originally from central Illinois and graduated from Eastern Illinois University with a Bachelor's degree in Consumer Affairs. Lois has managed fitness centers, and has worked as a certified personal trainer and a certified group fitness instructor through AFAA for the last 20 years. 

      Lois and her husband have lived here for seven years and have one daughter who is in college.  . In her free time, Lois enjoys cheering on the St. Louis Cardinals, spending time with family, friends and her two dogs.
