Tom was born and raised in Minnesota, and began working in
Country Clubs and golf courses at the age of 18. He has
previously worked at clubs including Brackett’s Crossing,
The Wilds, and The Legacy, all in Minnesota. In his
mid-twenties, he made the move to the Southwest
to pursue his food and beverage options year round. He
landed in Las Cruces, NM where he managed the Las Cruces
Country Club and eventually became the Food & Beverage Director.
After two years, he made the move to Phoenix, where he worked at The Fridays
Front Row inside Chase Field during the 2001 World Series and met his wonderful
wife, BobbieJo. His heart however, was still in the golf industry and he kept part time
employment at Alta Mesa Country Club for several years while pursuing other interests.
When the position at RMRCC became available, he knew that this club and membership
would be a good fit. He has a beautiful wife, a son, a daughter and two adorable pups
that occupy his time outside of work. He also enjoys golf, volleyball, bowling, and
vacationing with friends and family (usually the beach). Tom is definitely bringing his
brand of personalized service and creativity to RMRCC. He is always open to any ideas
from our members and any suggestions on how we can better serve you.
