Exceeding 17 years of culinary experience, in some of South Jersey's and Philadelphia's top restaurants, Chef Sedale Jones, will make your event unforgettable. He is a former Sous Chef of, Green Valley Country Club, Lafayette Hill, Pa, Cafe Madison, Riverside, NJ and M/O Cafe and Grill, Voorhees, NJ.Previously on Stephen Starr's Event Chef roster located in Philadelphia, where he has honed his skills studying under some knowledgeable experts. Chef Jones attended The Academy of Culinary Arts, Mays Landing, NJ directly out of High School, where he kick started his career at Woodcrest Country Club, under Chef Jeffrey Devine (CIA graduate). As a resident of Blackwood, NJ, he has trained with great mentors, including Chef Michael O'mara (ACC), Chef Jack Connor (Resorts Casino/ Cafe Madison), and Chef Gerald Drummond (Starr Restaurant Organization).
