  • General Manager
    • Jerry Wilson

      With more than 26 years of experience in golf operations, Jerry Wilson first joined Scottsdale Golf Group in 1994. As the Vice President of Public Golf Operations, Jerry serves as General Manager for SGG's Painted Mountain Golf Resort in Mesa and oversees operations at public and municipal golf properties within SGG's management portfolio.

      His diverse background includes a two-year degree in agronomy and turf management, food and beverage operations, multi-facility, golf and clubhouse operations, supervision of capital construction projects, staff development and training and budgeting/cost control operations.  He has maintained his Class "A" membership in the PGA since 1993.  

      Prior to joining SGG, Jerry held similar management positions with Pinetop Lakes Country Club, Gold Canyon Golf Resort and Camelot Golf Club in Mesa.

  • Director of Sales
    • Lorie Davis

      Lorie Davis is the Director of Sales. She is excited to be part of the team here at the Red Mountain Ranch Country Club and looks forward to helping you to have the perfect wedding, anniversary, reunion or any other event that you may need, she is also Membership Director, any membership inquiries please contact her. She is more than happy to assist our members or anyone looking to become a member at RMRCC. 

      Born in Las Vegas, Nevada. she attended UNLV before marrying and starting a family. She worked as a manager of two medical offices in Texas for 10 years.  She then moved to Mesa with her family 16 years ago.  She was a manager for the Rio Verde Country Club for three years and changed jobs and worked at the Arizona Golf Resort for seven years as Banquet Manager and Director of Catering. Lorie has six children, 3 boys and 3 girls and 21 grandchildren.

  • Director of Golf
    • Scott Bunker

      Scott was again recognized by Golf Digest as a Top 10 Instructor in Arizona.. He has been on their list every year since 2000. Scott was named Teacher of the Year by the Southwest PGA in 2000. He was previously Director of Instruction with the John Jacob's Golf Schools, starting his golf teaching career there in 1979.

      Scott has taught all over the world teaching golfers from beginners to professionals. He currently offers private lessons to members as well as clinics to beginners, men, women and juniors. He also runs the summer junior camp at Red Mountain Ranch Country Club every summer. Scott and his wife Mary have three boys, Jeffrey, Ryan and Kyle.

  • Superintendent
    • Eric Johnson

      Eric is originally from Olathe, Kansas. He came to AZ in the early 90’s where he actually began his journey in the landscape industry. By a chance visit with his Grandfather Everett Worth at Superstition Springs Golf Course he began a new journey in the golf course industry. In April of 1995, he started at Arizona Golf Resort and Conference Center and worked himself up the ranks to Assistant Golf Course Superintendent. He was then offered the job as Golf Course Superintendent at Las Colinas Golf Club of Queen Creek, AZ in April of 2008.

      He works to promote the health of the soil by using organic products and soil amendments to improve turf quality and playing conditions while using significantly less water. He is preferably a hands on Superintendent who will now lead our club to a lusher and better quality playing surface.

      He is the proud father of 1 daughter Cassandra and 3 boys Jacob, Eric and Erin.

  • Property Controller
    • Debra B. Wood, CSM

      Deb brings over thirty plus years of accounting and management experience to Red Mountain Ranch Country Club. Born in Goose Bay, Labrador, Newfoundland, Canada; Deb relocated to Mesa, AZ in 1981 where she graduated from Mesa High and is an Arizona State University alumna. She has held Controller positions with Desert Subway, Inc./Progressive Dining Concepts, Inc. and ICC International Computer Consultants, Inc. Deb transitioned into retail property management with VESTAR in 2006 where she opened Tempe Marketplace, Queen Creek Marketplace and managed multiple different shopping centers in her portfolio. Deb received her Certified Shopping Center Manager, CSM designation, in 2012 and is a current Arizona Real Estate Licensee.
      Deb has been married to her husband, Steve, for over 30 years and they have two grown daughters, Courtney and Stephanie. Courtney graduated from the University of Arizona and currently works for Insight. Stephanie graduated from Northern Arizona University and currently works for the Oregon Golf Club in West Linn, Oregon. Deb enjoys running, tennis, golf and has been an active member of Red Mountain Ranch Country Club since 2003..

  • Executive Chef
    •  

      Sedale Jones

      Exceeding 17 years of culinary experience, in some of South Jersey's  and Philadelphia's top restaurants, Chef Sedale Jones, will make your event unforgettable.  He is a former Sous Chef of, Green Valley Country Club, Lafayette Hill, Pa, Cafe Madison, Riverside, NJ and M/O Cafe and Grill, Voorhees, NJ.Previously on Stephen Starr's Event Chef roster located in Philadelphia, where he has honed his skills studying under some knowledgeable experts. Chef Jones attended The Academy of Culinary Arts, Mays Landing, NJ directly out of High School, where he kick started his career at Woodcrest Country Club, under Chef Jeffrey Devine (CIA graduate). As a resident of Blackwood, NJ, he has trained with great mentors, including Chef Michael O'mara (ACC), Chef Jack Connor (Resorts Casino/ Cafe Madison), and Chef Gerald Drummond (Starr Restaurant Organization).

  • Director of Food & Beverage
    • Tom Nicol

      Tom was born and raised in Minnesota, and began working in
      Country Clubs and golf courses at the age of 18. He has
      previously worked at clubs including Brackett’s Crossing,
      The Wilds, and The Legacy, all in Minnesota. 
      In his 
      mid-twenties, he made the move to the Southwest
      to pursue his food and beverage options year round. 
      He
      landed in Las Cruces, NM where he managed the Las Cruces
      Country Club and eventually became
      the Food & Beverage Director.

      After two years, he made the move to Phoenix, where he worked 
      at The Fridays
      Front Row inside Chase Field during the 2001 World Series and met his wonderful
      wife, BobbieJo. 
      His heart however, was still in the golf industry and he kept part time
      employment at Alta Mesa Country Club for several 
      years while pursuing other interests. 
      When the position at RMRCC became available, he knew that this club and 
      membership
      would be a good fit. He has a beautiful wife, a son, a daughter and two adorable pups
      that occupy his 
      time outside of work.  He also enjoys golf, volleyball, bowling, and
      vacationing with friends and family (usually the beach). 
      Tom is definitely bringing his
      brand of personalized service and creativity to RMRCC.  He is always open to any ideas
      from our members and any suggestions on how we can better serve you.

  • Director of Tennis
    • Ray Kheshvadjian

      Born in Beirut, Lebanon, Ray was one and a half when his family moved to Los Angeles. Ray grew up playing all types of sports but did not pick up a tennis racquet until the age of 14.  By the time he graduated high school he had put in more then enough time into tennis to get him to the next level. In Ray’s short time on the tennis court, he learned to be productive and work hard to achieve his goals and play tennis at the next level. Ray played for Pierce Junior College for two years before transferring to Anderson University in South Carolina. Ray was ranked in the top 50 in Southern California junior college rankings and in the top 10 in doubles. He has also been ranked in the top 30in the nation singles and doubles men's 35 USTA.

  • Director of Fitness
    • Stephana Diumenti-Kirts

      Stephana is an A.C.E. Certified Personal Trainer and Group Instructor as well as a Health and Wellness Coach.  She has been instructing groups for over six years and has strong passion and enthusiasm about Health & Wellness, and really enjoys helping others find success and happiness through fitness! She has a background in Hotel/Resort Management in which she had an internship at The Grand Hotel on Mackinack Island in Michigan. She's also worked at other Golf resorts in the area, such as the Boulders and Scottsdale Villa Mirage, in Management for over fifteen years! Stephana is a third generation Arizona native, and when she's not in the gym, hiking the beautiful Superstitions, or walking her four puppies, you can find her on the football field coaching her nine year old grandson and his team! Stephana says motivating people to be the best version of themselves is what she loves waking up to everyday!

  • Marketing Coordinator
    •  Destiny Lesko

      Destiny started at RMRCC in  April 2017, she assists Lorie Davis and  Jerry Wilson in event sales and marketing needs. Her previous  experience comes from working as an in house travel agent for  various cruise lines. She attended the East Valley Institute of  Technology where she studied color theory, history of design and  event planning; and although she is new to marketing she is excited  to learn and grow as a a part of our team. 
      An Arizona native, she lives in Gilbert and in her spare time Destiny enjoys travelling, painting, spending time with family and volunteering at animal shelters.
